Cancellation policy

Cancellations notified more than 5 days before the arrival date are fully refundable. After that deadline, that is, within the 5 days before arrival, the booking is non-refundable, as are no-shows and early departures.

To cancel or amend a booking, write to info@hostalacemar.com or call +34 952 783 041. If the booking was made through an agency or third-party portal, that channel’s own conditions also apply.

Any breakage or damage caused by misuse of the facilities may be charged to the guest, with prior notice.
